Finished!

This design took much longer than I thought. Here is one of two currently finished Tempus Fugit (Time Flies) tiles. I am very happy it made it through bisque and glaze firing. I let the tile dry very slowly to avoid any cracking or warping issues which can happen in tile making.

Interestingly this project has sparked my interest in t i m e and thus has begun a new series of time inspired art which I have been thinking a lot about. Hope you follow along on the journey…The next tile design is starting today!
